Our Local Flavours

alan mooreWe produce our own brews to provide you with the ultimate beer taste adventure. The C'est What brewers tackle new beer styles such as the popular Big Butt Smoked Dark Ale, Caraway Rye Beer, Coffee Porter, Homegrown Hemp Ale, Mother Pucker's Ginger Wheat, and Steve's Dreaded Chocolate Orange as well as under-represented traditional ales such as Al's Cask Ale.

Our regular recipes are developed to the point that we can contract local breweries such as County Durham to produce the beer in greater volume.

We proudly serve the beer that we make side by side with the best local beers in Toronto’s first craft beer bar.

The menu below only lists the twenty-five brews regularly available; an additional fourteen rotating selections are also on tap.

C’est What’s Craft Beer Manifesto

simon coweC’est What will only serve beer that meets these criteria:

Un-diluted, single batch brewing. Each brewing batch makes one beer and is not diluted after fermentation.

All natural ingredients. The ingredients used should be easily recognized as natural and, if processed, must retain their essential character. An ingredient list must be disclosed.

Fresh. Beer tastes best fresh. Pasteurized beer will not be served at C’est What.

Our beer list is Canadian made only.
